Our story

More Jobs Should Turn Into Booked Work.
We Make Sure They Do.

BookedJobs didn’t start in a boardroom or a tech incubator. It started in the real world, working alongside people who run service businesses every day.

Before building BookedJobs, I served in the U.S. Air Force. Like many service members early in their careers, money was tight. To help make ends meet, I worked a second job after hours and on weekends with my father-in-law’s small carpentry business.

That experience opened my eyes to how hard small business owners work just to keep things moving. Long days on job sites. Late nights managing paperwork. Constant pressure to find the next customer.

My father-in-law was doing everything right. He was a skilled craftsman, delivered great work, and was even investing thousands of dollars every month into advertising to bring in new customers.

But something didn’t add up.

Despite the ad spend, there were still gaps in the schedule. Jobs that should have been booked never turned into real work.

So I started paying closer attention.

What I discovered was surprisingly simple.

Customers were reaching out. They were calling. They were texting. They were filling out forms online.

But when you’re climbing ladders, carrying materials, meeting clients, and running a business all at once, it’s nearly impossible to respond to every inquiry immediately.

By the time he had a moment to call someone back, many of those homeowners had already moved on to the next contractor.

Not because the work wasn’t good.

But because they heard back first.

It wasn’t a marketing problem.

It was a follow-up problem.

And it was costing thousands of dollars in lost jobs every month.

That realization stuck with me.

I knew there had to be a better way for service businesses to respond to customers quickly and consistently, even when they were busy doing the work that actually brings in revenue.

That idea eventually became BookedJobs.

BookedJobs was created to help home service companies capture the opportunities they are already generating.

Instead of letting leads slip away because no one had time to respond, our system ensures every inquiry receives fast, consistent follow-up.

New leads get immediate responses, past inquiries can be re-engaged, and conversations move naturally toward booking real work.

The goal is simple.

More leads should turn into booked jobs.

Because when a customer reaches out, that opportunity shouldn’t disappear just because someone was busy doing the work.

Today, BookedJobs exists to help hardworking service businesses capture more of the revenue they are already earning.

No complicated systems. No extra staff required.

Just smarter follow-up that turns conversations into scheduled work.
